I wasn't allowed to put the 'Holiday Season' decorations up until we broke up from school, so now I cry when it's the 1st of November and the TV ads are everywhere.

As an atheist I find the high jacking of the midwinter festival first by the religious mob and now marting droids most annoying... It's not a special midwinter festival if it starts in late August and runs well into January...! Decorations should only come out in December anything earlier is just hateful silliness!
is that really all you've seen so far? I haven't checked myself, but I would imagine that it's a much higher proportion. And why stop at physical shops, Amazon is looking a bit christmassy too.
